The normal human body temperature as we all know is 97.8°F, but that’s only the average because everyone is different and each one of us has a different “normal” temperature. We mostly take it only when we are sick, so we don’t know what’s our normal is.

However, the normal temperature is between 96.9°F and 98.9°F, so if your temperature is around these numbers, then you are completely fine. In order to know what your normal temperature is, take it when you are feeling great and perfectly healthy 3 times a day for 10 days.

Swollen Lymph nodes

Once the Lymph nodes go through any small change, everyone freaks out because it always has something to do with cancer. But there is no need to worry anymore because they may change even if the problem is not that serious. In fact, a regular cold could affect them because they are working harder to produce more cells in order to fight the virus.

Don’t panic, just wait a few days and touch them again. They would already be back to their normal size. Also, some people may notice that their lymph nodes are a lot more prominent, but that doesn’t mean anything serious, too.
