One of the biggest reasons why you are gaining weight is the fact that you are living in a consistent level of stress and pressure at work. The cortisol hormone increases when you are overly stressed, which means your body will be craving sugar and fat.
The best solution is to sleep well and try to have some physical activity in order to decrease your stress level and distract your mind from any stress. However, remember that food could be comforting but they are still not the perfect solution.
