The second you drink your morning coffee, you start planning your eating routine for the day: a healthy lunch with a green juice, and then a few extra fruits to stay in track of all of your vitamins. But, we know how everything will go, right?
When lunchtime comes, you will realize that hunger is blinding you, the work is getting harder, and the day is getting longer. So your ability to think of “healthy” decreases by the minute, and so you end up eating whatever is delicious and greasy, promising yourself that you will do better tomorrow. Sounds familiar?
The best solution is to bring healthy snacks with you to work in order to avoid overeating during lunch.
