The weight of an individual could easily be affected by working for hours. It feels like the office holds you for hours sucking all the energy out of you, till you end up with no time, mood or energy to hit the gym and get your muscles moving after a long day of sitting.

Plus, you may even end up losing sleep, which can cause your hormones to be unbalanced, therefore, you will be hungrier. The best solution is to get moving!! If you don’t have time to go to the gym, then use the stairs.

Don’t take the bus and go for long walks. Any physical activity will help you feel better and sleep smoother.
