Being pregnant is very hard when it comes to doing anything. It is important to keep moving but not for too long. Yet, you should not sit for hours as well. Too much of anything can be problematic during pregnancy. So, don’t overdo them.

In case you have been on your feet way too long, your ankles may get swollen which will cause vein problems. In that case, try to put your feet up every time you feel like you have been standing or walking for way too long. Plus, if you have been seated for too long, try taking short breaks and walk around the house or the neighborhood.
