Making lifestyle changes is totally worth it when it comes to reducing the discomfort caused by varicose veins. If you spend plenty of time sitting in front of a computer, make sure to switch positions more often to prevent the blood flow reduction.
If possible, do some quick stretching exercises too. Also, avoid locking your feet in painful high heels for long periods of time. The lower the heels, the better blood can circulate through your veins.
