You may not always have access to the best water to drink or the best water filters out there; however, you should always make sure to get your fair share of hydration.

We bet you never imagined that extreme heat can lead people to kill themselves since it is cold that is associated to gloominess and depression. However, research suggests that the more the temperature is rising, the more suicide rates we will get.

Researchers even give statistics concerning the rates in both the US (7%) and Mexico (2%). Whether these suicide rates are directly linked to extreme heat or not, it is always a good idea to stay out of harm’s way.
