According to the latter study, people who spend more than 11 hours sitting are 40% more at risk of dying very soon and soon mean within three years.
While this high risk remarkably decreases with people who at least find time to exercise 5 hours or even more per week. Still, this isn’t enough to keep them safe as they are still in danger!
The best solution is to shell out for a standing desk or treadmill desk!
