Diagnosed with the deadly colorectal cancer? Well, you may live longer if you just avoid sitting for long, continuous hours.

In fact, according to a research made in January 2013 in the Journal of Clinical Oncology, exposed that before and after being diagnosed with colorectal cancer, participants who spent their free time sitting were more likely to die than those who are sitting less and moving more! This way, sitting could be what it really kills you and not something else!

Again, the same study closely tracked the lifestyle and daily habits of 2,000 participants after 16 years of being diagnosed with colorectal cancer and found that the active category is 28% less threatened to die while that particular category who spent more than 6 hours sitting has a greater risk to die with a percentage of 36%.
