#5 – Death
Sauna is meant to be relaxing and not torturing that’s why it is definitely not a good idea to try the high sauna temperatures.
Normally, your body can only operate at 98.7F and a core temperature increases to 105F automatically means the need for an immediate medical emergency intervention before the person passes out and dies.
Sadly in 2010, the World Russian Sauna Championships whose name is Vladimir Ladyzhensky tragically died after being exposed to extreme sauna heat!
So, don’t you ever dare to challenge yourself and see how strong is your endurance because you will surely wake up in the grave? Of course, you don’t want to experience this tragical ending, do you? Enjoy your sauna but stay not more than you should, 5 to 10 minutes is more than enough!
