#3 – Harmful Organisms Are Still Lurking!
Let’s face it! The high temperatures of sauna don’t necessarily kill all the harmful bacterias and organisms. In contrary, it can be just that perfect, warm, and moist environment in which many organisms can grow and thrive, such as fungal infections, including athlete’s foot and toenail fungus that can easily travel in that small space and spread.
The American Medical Association reported a case of a man who was constantly suffering from health issues namely fever and chills that later on developed to become shortness of breath and fatigue.
Surprisingly, this guy was a fan of sauna and the reason for his sickness discovered to be his own mistake. The later used to pour water over the sauna heater using a bucket that contained mold.
