A correct posture will not only make you look attractive but will also keep you free from back pain, neck pain, joints, spine and other health issues. Hence, it is extremely important to learn how to sit properly and correctly :

– Your office chair should normally correspond to the length of your thigh and the seat should be firm.

– Your buttocks need to fill no more than 2/3 of the chair.

– The back of the chair is supposed to fit your spine.

– Make sure your shoulder blades are brought together, your shoulders are exactly in the same level while your stomach is relaxed!

– Never cross your legs!

– Change your position from time to time and make sure you do it very slowly.
