Everyone should brush their teeth on a daily basis but not immediately after eating. It’s best to brush your teeth half an hour or one hour after a meal. Did you know that tooth enamel is the most solid part of the body?

Yet, it can turn softer after eating dairy, fruit, or because of other acidic conditions. By brushing your teeth immediately after eating you’ll harm the enamel. It is recommended to chew bubble gum or wash your mouth out with water to boost the production of saliva.
