Working on a computer for many hours will definitely make your eyes tired. Yet, fatigue isn’t the reason why your vision may deteriorate, computer vision syndrome is. Symptoms of this condition include dry eyes, headaches, blurry vision, and neck pain.
To keep your eyes protected and healthy, try to take frequent breaks from the bright screen, wear protection glasses, adjust brightness level, do eye exercises and blink more often to avoid dryness.
