The Boston Market is quite famous for being one of the greatest lines of prepared meals and frozen dinners. The meal in question belongs to the same food chain, and it is not, unfortunately, healthy despite its great taste.
The meal is mainly served with chicken together with sweet and sour sauces plus some veggies and rice. The fact that veggies are part of the meals does not make the latter a healthy dinner option.
