We can comfortably admit that we can easily tell between, let’s say, pork and horse meat. We can’t be fooled with this one, but what about fish? According to a study, up to a third of all fish are currently mislabeled on the markets. So, you may pay more dollars to eat a cheap fish that happens to look like the expensive Tuna.

Of course, they can’t mislabel Shrimp or Jellyfish, but we still have to be extra careful with what we eat. Plus, it is safer to buy seafood from a fisher. That way you will guarantee to eat what is beneficial and healthier for you and your family.
