The small serving sizes make the unhealthy ingredients like fat and sugar not look that unhealthy. You have to keep in mind that there is no such thing as healthy when the food serves 480 mg of sodium at each serving, which is what organic soup is labeled by (it has only two servings).

A study of February 2013 claimed that products that contain 2 servings and could be consumed at one single occasion should display 2 columns (one for a serving and one for the entire package) on the label to help consumers make healthier choices.
