“Made with Whole Grains” claims on the product don’t necessarily mean that it is truly made of Whole Grains. Maybe a tiny amount of it may be there, but that is it. However, the product that provides 8 g whole grains per serving is not the healthiest choice.
The best way to identify a healthy grain product is by purchasing the product that has 1 g fiber for every 10 g total carbohydrates.
