There are some products that say “Helps protect joints!” or “It supports Immunity!” which could be amazingly true. But according to the Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior’s 2010 study, the nutrition marketing that is claimed on the front of the box are mostly used on products that are rich on sugar, saturated fats, and/or sodium, especially in kids’ products.
