Yoga and meditation are very important exercises that work on keeping your thoughts and emotions in order and grant you the peace of mind and physical strength. However, they become less useful and effective when you do them in the morning.

Instead, you can benefit from these exercises by doing them at least 10 minutes before you go to bed. However, if you find it really hard to concentrate, try to focus on your inner awareness. For instance, you can lay down, close your eyes, and then think about each part of your body and relax. This way, you will find it really easier to sleep!

Taking Hot Shower Or Bath

Most of the people still have the habit to take a hot bath or shower before heading to work thinking that this shall help them be active during the day. Surprisingly, this is a bad habit that should be debunked!

Taking a hot shower or bath is not a good idea as the hot water temperature will help you relax and sleep. Therefore, a warm tub is with no doubt one of the best and easiest ways to cope with insomnia.

The best time to take a hot bath or shower is at night before going to bed as not only it will help you sleep faster but it will also calm your nerves, stabilizes the glucose level, relaxes the backbone, and above provide you with ultimate relaxation after a long and exhausting day at work.
