There are many, MANY ways inflammation can have a negative impact on our bones and lead them to be weak, and the Journal of Endocrinology published a review in 2009 that covered them all.

The summary of that review is that bone loss can be linked to the chronic inflammatory illnesses of all types. Basically, the pro-inflammatory can lead to an imbalance in bone metabolism in which bone resorption is the target.

In other words, your bones will not be capable to repair themselves or perform the maintenance they need in order to remain strong. This is when a person starts being prone to easily fractured bones or brittle.

When inflammation takes place in your kidneys, we medically call it glomerulonephritis or nephritis. The latter can be a result of many things that severe and sudden infections might cause, same as lupus, which is a chronic condition.

No matter what the cause is, the inflammation can have an effect on how your kidneys work, which can lead it to host different health issues, like hypertension (high blood pressure). The latter is linked to issues like heart attack, heart failure, stroke, kidney failure, and loss of vision.

If you have been suffering from high blood pressure, you should do more tests until you find the roots of the issue in order to cure it completely.
