Let’s admit it! why we always have to blame our modern lifestyle and use it as an excuse for our lack of activity and unhealthy daily habits? It’s true that we spend the whole weak working in the office, but this doesn’t mean that we are banned from enjoying our weekends in the open green spaces and under the warm, yellow light, right?

Unfortunately, even on weekends, we choose to stay home and watch tv instead of going out and getting some vitamin D. What people don’t realize is that the sun has a very important role in improving our health and mood too!

So, if you wonder why you are all the time sad and depressed, then, you might consider breaking your unhealthy daily routine and take a walk in the fresh air.
