Exhaustion, stress, hunger, and other factors can cause various types of headaches which differ in the level of strength and gravity.
If you have consumed a lot of gum lately, the headache you are experiencing is likely triggered by this unhealthy habit of yours. In some cases, chewing gum is what causes headaches. The pains of temporomandibular joint disinfection, stemming originally from chewing gum, cause tension headaches as well.
Plus, if you are diagnosed with any migraine, stress, or anxiety disorder, avoiding gum is a wise choice to make. If you got used to chewing something when watching a movie, try fruit snacks.
