4. When to consult urgently?
If the palpitations are very rapid (over 130 beats per minute) or are associated with poor tolerance such as shortness of breath, discomfort with dizziness and loss of consciousness or pain in the chest, or start and end brutal, they must be explored urgently.
It is possible to consult only in the days that follow if the palpitations occur during a sporting effort or in a context of great emotion or in the case of prolonged palpitation.
