Anger is a normal, human feeling, but when the red healthy limits are exceeded, you will become more fragile both physically and psychologically.
An 8-year scientific study conducted by Harvard University scientists underlined that anger problems affect the function of the lungs. It is noteworthy that the study’s subjects were mainly men (precisely 670 of them).
The study subjects who recorded high anger levels experienced low lung performance, increasing the chances of having respiratory issues. The primary cause, as explained by the experts, is the increase in stress hormones related to anger. The spotted result was the inflammation of airways.
