Anger episodes can change your life in ways that you won’t be very pleased with. Men, in particular, who experience anger outbursts, are exposed to depression issues.
They usually get angry in stressful situations, but instead of letting it out, they think of what happened over and over until feeling depressed.
Dealing with depression and anger simultaneously is a lot, but you can keep yourself busy with doing something and stop the thinking, ticking clock in your mind. You can resort to mediation for anger management or engage in another activity that can occupy your mental, focal space.
