Eyestrain occurs when you tire your eyes while reading, driving long distances, staring at your phone or computer screens, or being exposed to either dim or bright lights.
This a common condition that goes away once you give your eye a good rest. However, it can bring along a number of unpleasant symptoms such as dry eyes or watering eyes which occurs when the eyes produce excess tears as they do in response to irritation.
Other symptoms of eyestrain include burning or itching of the eyes, headache, sensitivity to light, inability to keep eyes open, difficulty concentrating.
Try to blink more and look away from your computer as blinking helps provide moisture to the eyes and protects them from irritants.
