The appellation of this exercise sounds very interesting. The whole exercise is pretty easy, and it does not require much in terms of efforts. All that you need to do is lie down on your belly with your arms and legs off the ground as if you are flying like Superman.

Your head should also rise so that it will be on a parallel level with your arms. Try to stay in this position for about 2 seconds. Holding up might be slightly challenging. But remember that exercising very regularly is going to enable you to enjoy a healthy and strong body.
