Back at school, pushups were used as a punishment if someone disobeys the coach. Many people have really bad memories of pushups, and this is what stops them from performing such an exercise at home. Drop those ideas and get an exercise mat!
As it is known, lying on the ground with the chest facing it is the primary aspect of this exercise. Use your palms to raise your body. Make sure your arms are straight when you rise up.
This way your body will be in a straight line. You can take a 1-minute break and come back to the starting position. However, the exercise should be completed in 30 seconds.
