Would you believe that sleeping with no clothes on can actually help a person drop a few lbs? It is true! In fact, when you sleep au naturel and begin to feel a little colder, your body starts to produce brown fat to help keep you warm.
Also known as brown adipose tissue, brown fat generates body heat by burning calories while you sleep, and in turn, speeding up your metabolism!

Proper blood flow throughout the body is excellent for the heart, muscles, combating stress, and promoting cell growth. But sometimes our nighties can get in the way of healthy blood circulation. Some pajamas can be a little too restrictive and just downright uncomfortable for sleeping in.
