Before scoffing at the idea, research from the University of Amsterdam actually found that a decrease in body temperature helps you sleep more soundly, and reduces the number of times you wake up in the middle of the night.

Wearing a minimal amount of clothing to bed (or none at all) will naturally lower your skin temperature. Sleeping naked is a fantastic way to keep yourself nice and cool throughout the night without having to alter or lower the temperature of a room.

So skip the milk and chamomile tea before bed. By just merely removing a few layers of clothing, you’ll be sleeping like a baby in no time.
