We all know that anything with whole grains is healthy. You can add to your balanced diet foods like whole grain oats, organic whole grain bread, and whole grain cornmeal to build up a fit body painlessly.

Unlike white flour and white rice, beans and whole grains can reduce inflammation. Chia seeds, brown rice, and oatmeal are the kind of foods which serve as inflammation markers.

Avoid any other inflammation-increasing foods and try to focus instead on fiber, which is also regarded as a crucial element used in the lowering of blood pressure and the loss of weight. Stay away from cheese, butter and similar foods that may increase inflammation.

Not all spices are recommended for healthy use. Some of them can seriously harm your stomach and your overall health. But there is one spice that is medically recommended.

Turmeric has been used by tribal communities as an anti-inflammatory. There are multiple pieces of research which can support this claim. This spice contains an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory called curcumin.

Of course, you cannot add turmeric to everything, yet you can consume the spice in the form of tea or even supplements. You can either buy the tea or make it on your own, using turmeric, water, lemon juice and a pinch of black pepper.
