You can also try a standing desk that allows you to change your working position between standing and sitting or even buy a poor posture corrector that will force you to stop slumping your shoulders and keep a proper posture. The second one is to work on your muscles.
Take regular brakes to walk and stretch and talk with a physical therapist to find an exercise routine for your specific condition. These exercises will strengthen your muscles and reduce your poor posture’ back pain.
