Discs are the soft rings of tissue between each vertebra in your spine that absorb the shocks and provide support. When a disc pokes through and puts an unusual amount of pressure on the spine, it’s called a herniated disc.
When treated on time, this is not a serious problem. But that pressure can result in serious back pain. The recovering is simple: take some anti-inflammatory medication and rest. [ads shortcode=”td_responsive”]
