Studies have shown that neck cracking can lead to stroke. Although the odds of having a stroke from neck popping are not very high, the risk still exists.
The blood vessels in your neck may end up punctured due to the force by which you habitually crack your neck, resulting in blood clots that cause swelling in your veins and block the flow of oxygen to the brain which results in a stroke.
