Healthy kidneys convert the vitamin D in order to keep the bones strong and healthy and also to promote the production of the Erythropoietin hormone in the body. The latter plays a very important role in the production of red blood cells. However, when less EPO is produced, the red blood cells decrease which result in very rapid fatigue of the brain and muscles.
Warning: It is very important to check your doctor in case you are feeling all the time weak, tired, and with not much energy. It is found that people who have anemia are commonly suffering from chronic kidney disease.
How do these warning signs indicate kidney disease rather than type 2 diabetes??
This is useful info, I’ve had lower back pain for weeks which had made me feel slightly nauseous; I’m a driver and been without a regular mode of transport for a couple of years so getting home to the toilet on time has been arduous. I’ve put on weight round my tummy so maybe its that or infection?
I’m not at work so also feel like I’m trespassing on my own territory.
