Not being able to have a good night sleep is a sign of a hidden health issue and more precisely at the level of the kidneys. Normally, the kidneys are the body organs that function as filters that extract all the toxins and the waste from the blood and flush them out through urine.
However, when the toxins are stored in the blood, they tend to cause troubles in sleeping, that’s why you might find it hard sometimes to fall asleep. Therefore, the less sleepy you become, the higher are the chances of kidney function decline.
Warning: Sleep apnea is a condition found to be common among people who suffer from chronic kidney diseases. The latter condition causes the breath to pause while sleeping for one to two times.
These pauses can last few seconds and then breathing return to its normal state with a loud and disturbing snort. In brief, if your family continuously complain from your heavy snoring, you’d better grab that phone and make an appointment with your doctor.
How do these warning signs indicate kidney disease rather than type 2 diabetes??
This is useful info, I’ve had lower back pain for weeks which had made me feel slightly nauseous; I’m a driver and been without a regular mode of transport for a couple of years so getting home to the toilet on time has been arduous. I’ve put on weight round my tummy so maybe its that or infection?
I’m not at work so also feel like I’m trespassing on my own territory.
