Sleeping in

It is a good habit to adopt, just don’t do it when you have a job waiting for you. We don’t want to be responsible for you getting fired. Sleeping in has been shown to reduce your likelihood of developing heart problems and suffering strokes.

Oddly, waking up early has been shown to do the opposite. Therefore, if you feel lazy in the morning, sleep for an hour or two more.
