3. A sign of an upcoming seizure

A Deja Vu can be one of the warning signs that a seizure is about to happen. People with mental disorders or those who suffer from regular seizures should be alert to moments that feel familiar because it might be an indication that a seizure is about to happen. Even if you don’t have any neurological issues, this can still happen, it’s just more unlikely.  If you’re someone who suffers from seizures, every time you get a nostalgic feeling or you feel your brain overworking to find an answer, notify someone near you about what’s happening so they can help you in case you end up having a seizure.

2. A sign your brain is working

One of the things your body tells you when you have deja vu is that your brain is healthy and working properly.  Yes, a Deja Vu may leave you confused and analyzing facts, but that’s also a sign that your mind can recognize incorrect signals and figure them out in a short amount of time.  People with neurological problems may have a harder time when experiencing a Deja Vu because their minds don’t work as quickly or effectively, and even those with a healthy brain may not be able to figure out what is this memory or place it in a certain time in their lives.  The key here is to stop worrying so much about figuring out the Deja Vu itself and be grateful for experiencing it since it’s a sign that your brain is healthy and working.

1. A sign of youthfulness

It has been studied and proven that those who experience Deja Vu regularly are those with ages between 15 and 25, when we’re old enough to realize what’s happening, but kids with ages between 6 and 10 are also a target when it comes to Deja Vus, they’re just not old enough or have developed enough intelligence to make anything out of it. The reason why this happens has to do with our brain being more active when we’re still developing. So when we’re growing and learning, we’re more likely to experience Deja vu, and it starts to become rarer as we age or get older because our brain also tends to slow down.  At the end of the day, the main reason why we experience deja vu has to do with our brain health and stability.  Those who suffer from seizures or people who deal with a lot of stress and anxiety may need to seek medical help to take care of their health, but for those of you who are healthy, experiencing Deja Vu is not something you should prevent or be afraid of. It’s something natural that happens to everybody at least once throughout their life.  Our bodies and brains are so complex that most times there’s not an exact answer as to why something is happening, but that’s also what’s fun about our anatomy, it’s like we’re still, to this day, learning and evolving. And who knows, maybe a Deja Vu can have a deeper meaning that we’re not aware of yet!
