Monitoring the color of your urine can let you know whether you’re drinking enough water per day. A very pale shade of yellow means that your water intake is at a healthy level and you have nothing to worry about, while urine that’s yellow or a dark shade of yellow indicates that your body is feeling dehydrated.
But if your urine is colorless or transparent, it may mean that you need to reduce your water intake because you’re drinking too much.
