#1 – What is Veganism?
Veganism is a type of a vegetarian diet, or most probably a lifestyle that excludes all types of meat, dairy product, and any other animal-derived ingredients, and it is also avoiding any clothes or products that were made with any form of cruelty to animals.
Being vegan is a little harder than being vegetarian because you should start to pay attention to everything you use to avoid consuming, using, and wearing an animal product.
If you are willing to go vegan, start slow by decreasing the amount of meat that you consume daily, or you can start with a vegetarian diet by avoiding only meat and fish, and pay attention to anything you eat which will ease the process by time.
