David Rosenbaum, a 65-year-old Ph.D. said that one of the things that helped him to have a long, healthy life is wearing comfortable shoes. He also added saying that anything that brings joy and comfort to your heart helps you live longer.

That’s not evening, wearing comfortable shoes like trainers, for instance, can help you be more active and allow you to walk for more than 10,000 steps a day, which is something that you can never do when wearing high heels or simply uncomfortable shoes.

So, instead of spending your money on useless things, make sure you buy healthy and comfy shoes that will help improve your lifestyle and increase your life expectancy.

If there is anything that you should avoid doing, then, it would be sitting on the couch the whole day munching on popcorn and watching some useless and stupid TV shows and programs.

This bad habit will only wreak havoc on your health and decrease your life expectancy, which means it increases your risks of mortality. However, if you try to lower the time you spend on the couch, you may extend your life by approximately 3 years.
