#6 – Living with Heart Palpitations
If the cause of your palpitations isn’t a lurking medical condition, you won’t need medications. If you have frequent palpitations, try to find out what activities or foods stimulate them by keeping a diary to help you identify specific palpitations-causing things that you do or eat.
In certain cases, just one ingredient in your food might be the culprit. Once you identify triggers, avoid them and see if the palpitations stop.
If you’re under so much stress, you may want to try some effective therapies, such as meditation, yoga, and deep breathing techniques, to help ease heart palpitations.
Just don’t worry! There are many treatments available to help keep your heart rate in check, no matter what’s causing your palpitations.
