When your body is dehydrated, the workout at the gym becomes a real torture, especially that your body tends to lose more fluids and sweat them out. This way, your body really struggles and find it extremely hard to convert the stored energy from food into an energy that it can use! Eventually, you will feel tired in the middle of the exercise and you won’t be able to finish!
