Everybody knows that Weight loss programs must take into account keeping your calories intake under control. Therefore, when you are consuming a certain product that you consider as healthy food, the first thing that you read is the label, but this is not entirely a health practice.

For a start, it is so difficult to measure calories’ counts, and they could be useless for weight loss. Also, the government-recommended 2,000 calories is basically nonsense, and actually, any number they would provide is wrong.

Different people have different needs for their bodies, men, women, tall/short people, old/young people all have different bodies; thus, different body needs.

Furthermore, the worst part is that the calories count on labels are just estimations based on archaic data, and the number of calories in fresh food may vary from one item to another. So basically, there is no way you can know exactly how many calories are in your food.
