You cannot keep stuffing your mouth with throughout the day even when you don’t feel hungry! Normally when your stomach is empty and your body is lacking energy, your brain sends messages in the form of hunger pangs informing that you need to refuel to keep your body working and functioning smoothly and properly.

However, when you eat just for the sake of eating, you are more likely to feel uncomfortable and also develop the habit of overeating, which will lead to obesity and other related diseases.
