Getting sunburned every summer

Everyone loves to be kissed by the sun every once in a while and to get a golden-bronze tan, but every time you do it, you are making your skin a lot older.

The sun ruins the elastic fibers that work on keeping our skin to look smoother and firmer, which leads to freckles, blotches, earlier wrinkles, and discolorations. Plus, sunburns are the main reason for skin cancer.

And side note, the tanning salons are a lot worse than the sun, it just increases your risk of wrinkles and cancer.

Don’t ever let your body to be in direct contact with the sun unless you are wearing SPF sunscreen, even if you are willing to be outside only for 15 minutes. Make sure to wear your sunglasses, hat, pants, and long sleeves when it is peak sunburn hours.

Having an unhappy lifestyle will lead your body to release stress hormones that would increase your blood sugar and blood pressure, slow digestion, lower immunity, and make you feel depressed all the time.

Originally, nature has made stress as a fight-or-flight short-lived response to threats, but this era has made the chronic stressors have a far-reaching impact on our bodies. Once you find yourself falling into the loop of stress, you need to fall back out into joy for the sake of your physical and mental health.

Yoga, meditation, and deep breathing were proved to be great stress-relief methods. Don’t ever hesitate to embrace optimism, silliness, and any moment of fun. It is true that days seem dark sometimes, but nothing can control us but ourselves!
