#6 – Your Muscle Mass Decreases
Your muscles, also, are made up mostly of water. Clearly, the less water there is in the body the less muscle mass you have.
You should have it as a habit to drink water before, during, and after an exercise, not only it keeps you hydrated and comfortable, but also has the power to bring water to the right places in your body, and reduces the chances of having inflammation and soreness that would come with exercise and weightlifting.
