#9 – You Experience Hunger Pangs
Those mixed signals again, once it’s a headache, now it is hunger. When your body isn’t hydrated, you may start thinking it needs food. This will happen throughout your day, and even at night when you wake up craving that snack.
However, eating more food will create more burdensome work, while drinking water will purify your organs and provide the necessary fuel it requires to go through its normal cycle.
