According to experts, it is very important to properly wash hats, scarfs, and gloves regularly as these articles of clothing can often contact our mouth and skin, which means they can easily transfer bacteria and germs.
Hence, they should be washed at least once every week or two weeks maximum. Otherwise, the immune system will get weaker due to germs accumulation and will fail to fight diseases and infections.
One of the unhealthiest habits that the majority of us tend to do is bring, for example, meat or fish out of the freezer and let it defrost in a bowl directly on the table at room temperature.
This seemingly harmless habit can allow many germs and bacteria to grow on the surface of food and even spread and contaminate other surfaces in the kitchen. The easiest and safest way is definitely not the microwave but to leave the food to defrost in the fridge!
